This is a great song and uses a variation of basic 'backbeat' rhythm, adding in a kick on the + of 2 and the + of 4. This means we end up with a double kick rhythm common in soul, blues and rock music.
The good news is that once you have this rhythm down, you'll be basically able to play the whole song as there are very few changes throughout it.
